Co-founding Adaptive Developments in February 2016, Tyrell focuses on home automation solutions while driving marketing and business growth. Previously, Tyrell worked as a Realtor at RE/MAX Complete Realty, providing expert guidance in residential real estate, and served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Cordell's Design, excelling in customer service and marketing strategy. Early career roles include sales at Future Shop and leadership positions in student governance at the University of Lethbridge, where Tyrell earned a Combined BA/BMGMT in Philosophy and Marketing.
