Manoj Pradhan

Manoj Pradhan is an Associate Vice President in Delivery and Program Management at Sonata Software, currently managing a portfolio of over 90 resources and a portfolio worth approximately $7 million. With more than 25 years of experience in IT program management, Manoj has successfully led large-scale programs in Big Data Technologies, Cloud Computing, and Digital transformations across various domains. They hold an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur. Manoj is a certified PMP, SCM, SAFE 5 Agilist, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Six Sigma professional. Prior to their current role, they held senior management positions at Virtusa and Tech Mahindra.
