Savio Sequeira

Savio Sequeira is an experienced Human Resource professional with a robust background in HR management and employee engagement. Currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Sonata Software since July 2019, Savio previously held the position of Assistant Manager HR at Lapp India Pvt. Ltd. from August 2013 to June 2019, where responsibilities included compensation and benefits management, employee engagement initiatives, and execution of CSR programs. Additional experience includes serving as a Volunteer with Make-A-Wish America from November 2013 to May 2015, focusing on fulfilling the wishes of terminally ill children, and leading talent management at Unisoft Infotech from September 2011 to August 2013. Savio holds an MBA in Human Resource from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, complemented by a summer program in Globalization and Cultural Impact in Organizations at HEIG-VD.
