Fernando Tseng

Fernando Tseng has extensive experience in telecommunications, beginning as a Técnico de telecomunicações at Lucent Technologies, where responsibilities included the installation and maintenance of TDMA BTS systems. Following this initial role, Fernando served as a Telecom Engineer at Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) from 2001 to 2015, focusing on the acceptance and maintenance of SDH and DWDM networks across several Brazilian states. In the following years, Fernando specialized in DWDM networks at Mob Telecom and ALT Telecom, overseeing planning and project management. Currently, Fernando works as an Administrador de telecomunicações at SONDA. Fernando holds a degree in Engenharia Elétrica from Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná.
