Ryan Cox

Ryan Cox, MBA, CSSBB, serves as the Director of Operations Excellence at Sonder Inc. since June 2022, contributing to innovative hospitality solutions. Prior to this role, Ryan managed global field operations at Tortuga AgTech, overseeing a team of 25 and responsible for all aspects of robot production and deployment. At Prologis, as Director of Operational Excellence for the West Region, Ryan led a team of approximately 165 in continuous improvement initiatives. Ryan's previous experience at EVRAZ North America included directing a multi-site operation with over 700 employees and a significant budget, alongside roles focused on implementing Lean principles and conducting training for extensive employee engagement. Ryan holds an MBA from Washington State University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, complemented by an associate degree in Construction Management.
