Mark Frank is the Co-Founder and CEO of SonderMind, a company they started in 2014. Prior to SonderMind, Mark was the CFO/COO and Co-Founder of TermScout, a sales intelligence data company that provides accurate, timely and actionable information to business-to-business sales professionals in order to increase revenue. Before TermScout, Mark was a Partner at Goldwing Capital, where they provided seed-stage investments in great teams and ideas. Mark's previous company, SafeImageMD, was sold to ZenVault Medical for cash and equity compensation. At SafeImageMD, Mark co-founded a software-as-a-service (SAAS) company that provides a convenient and secure method for physicians and patients to store, view and share medical imaging data. Without external funding, Mark worked with internal and external teams to develop a commercial product which has grown to profitability through recurring revenue.
Mark Frank holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University, and a Master of Science from the University of Phoenix.
