Val Young

Val Young has a diverse work experience with roles in various industries. Val is currently the Director of Analytics and Business Operations at SonderMind, where they lead a team of 20 and oversees strategic planning, operational improvements, and data analytics. Prior to that, they worked as an Analytics Lead at SonderMind. Val also served as an Advisor (Mother Board Member) at Bobbie and was a Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Rec Room, a venture-backed lifestyle brand.
