AI that runs in the background so your best people stay in the foreground.

Sondero is an AI operating system for B2B teams.

Most companies never look down. From the top, you see the gap between what your team is capable of and what they spend most of their day on: research that takes hours, emails that go in circles, meetings where half the room is underprepared.

That's not a talent problem. It's a systems problem.

Sondero is the system. Our agents carry memory, learn your team's priorities, and act proactively when context calls for it. Less research, less admin, less noise. More pipeline, more conversations, more deals. Senior leaders get back the half of their week that repetitive work was eating, and finally spend it on what counts: their team.

We named the company after a word. Sonder. The realization that every person you pass is living a life as vivid and complex as your own. The same is true of every person on your team. Each carries an inner life of capability and intelligence that the current system of work buries under repetition.

Sondero was built to go underground. To operate beneath the surface so your best people can finally work at the level they were always capable of. Not faster versions of who they were. Something more dangerous than that.

Built in Berlin. German servers. Zero retention. GDPR by design.

We're pre-launch. Join the first wave at sondero.ai.
