Paul Ahlgrim

Paul Ahlgrim has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paul most recently served as the Interim Head of Growth- EMEA & Mexico at SONECT starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked at WeWork as the Director of Real Estate- Agency & Partnerships, Southeast Asia from June 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining WeWork, Paul held multiple positions at Colliers International Myanmar, starting as the Manager of Occupier Services in January 2015 and eventually becoming the Head of Occupier Services from February 2018 to May 2019.

Paul also worked as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Exit More Real Estate from May 2012 to October 2014. Paul started their career at Paychex, where they served as a 401(K) Client Advisor from February 2009 to February 2012.

Paul Ahlgrim earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Elon University's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, where they studied business, management, marketing, and related support services from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they recently completed the Real Estate Investment Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, in 2022, with a focus on real estate valuation and investment.
