Stephen Flatman

Stephen Flatman has extensive work experience in human resources. Stephen started their career as a Housing Officer at Wherry Housing in 1994 and worked there until 2000. Stephen then became an HR Administrator at Rouge Valley Health System from 2000 to 2001. After that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at The DMS Group from 2001 to 2005. Stephen then joined Aecon as a Manager of Human Resources from 2005 to 2006. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions from 2006 to 2013. Currently, Stephen serves as the HR Director for Sonepar Canada and has been with the company since 2013.

Stephen Flatman attended Wymondham High School in the UK from 1973 to 1978. Stephen then pursued a program in Business & Human Resources at Great Yarmouth Business College in the UK from 1978 to 1979. In addition, Stephen obtained a certification in AtmanCo and Psychometrics Essentials from AtmanCo in 2023. Stephen also studied Human Resources at Durham College, although the exact dates are not available.
