SWC is a leading Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) consulting firm for banks, representing 68 community banks nationally. We assist them in understanding the unmet financial needs in their markets and developing strategies to meet those needs. We also help them access and leverage funding programs designed to incentivize financing and development activities in distressed or underserved communities. We have helped our CDFI bank clients obtain over $2 billion in CDFI funding applications.
