Simon McCabe

Simon McCabe is currently the VP of Technology at Songkick, where they focus on refining business and product strategies while empowering teams for sustainable product development. With a diverse background in technology and product leadership, Simon has held various roles including Fractional CTO at both Voyage Control and SAPIAT, as well as CTO at Blue Ronin Limited. Simon's early career included research analyst positions at both the University of York and Queen's University Belfast, specializing in computational and experimental physics. They also have experience as a sound designer and theatre practitioner, demonstrating a unique blend of technical expertise and creative talent. Simon earned a BSc and a PhD in Physics from Dublin City University.
