Network Engineering Manager at Sonic

Michael Tardif has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Michael started their career at T-Mobile in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative for a few months before moving on to Ribbecke Guitar Corp. In Ribbecke Guitar Corp, they worked as the Body Department Head where they were responsible for training apprentices and maintaining customer satisfaction. In 2010, they joined Designit Prototype as a CNC Operator, where they set up and operated CNC Mills.

In 2012, Michael joined Voodoo Lab (DMC) as part of the Quality Control and Repairs team. Michael was later promoted to the Quality Control/Inspection role. Michael demonstrated strong attention to detail and successfully repaired a stockpile of QA failures, saving the company significant investments.

In 2013, Michael began their career at Sonic as a Network Technician, where they troubleshooted and provisioned ISP networking failures. Michael later moved up the ranks and held various managerial positions. Michael served as the NOC Supervisor, Network Operations Center Manager, Manager of Special Projects, and currently as the Manager of Network Engineering. In these roles, they were responsible for leading teams, managing projects, and improving departmental growth, ticket support response rate, and product provisioning interval.

Throughout their career, Michael has showcased strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Michael Tardif pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their enrollment at the Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery from 2006 to 2007. Here, they obtained a Technical Diploma certified by the Arizona State Board of Education, specializing in Luthiery. Later, in the year 2013, Michael attended Santa Rosa Junior College and completed a Certification in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) in the field of Information Technology, which concluded in 2014.
