Tyler Miller

Tyler Miller began their work experience as a Maintenance Technician at NCR Corporation in August 2015. Tyler then transitioned to self-employment in June 2016 before joining Sonic in May 2017 as a Technical Support Representative. From August 2018 to August 2019, Tyler worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Sonic, handling new and current customer interactions. Tyler then took on the role of Inside Sales Team Lead, where they were responsible for driving sales, coaching sales representatives, and setting up the team for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic. Tyler's most recent position at Sonic was as a Network Operations Center Technician, where they remotely troubleshooted customer premise equipment and provisioned new networking gear. As of February 2023, Tyler is currently the Network Operations Center Team Lead at Sonic.

Tyler Miller began their education at Santa Rosa Junior College in 2009 and completed their studies in 2013. During this time, they focused on psychology, although they did not receive a degree. Following their time at Santa Rosa Junior College, Tyler attended ITT Technical Institute in Concord from 2014 to 2016. Tyler successfully graduated from ITT Technical Institute with a degree in Software Development.
