William Greenlaw

William (Bill) Greenlaw is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over 30 years of experience, having held various roles at AT&T, including Director of Interconnection Agreements and Area Manager of Regulatory Relations. Bill developed expertise in call center operations, product management, and regulatory advocacy, skillfully managing stakeholder relationships and guiding teams through complex regulatory landscapes. In May 2024, they began a new role as the Director of Regulatory and Governmental Affairs at Sonic, where they focus on fulfilling governmental requirements and supporting market expansion efforts. Bill holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma, earned in 1992.
