Robin Fourcade

Robin Fourcade has a diverse work experience in various roles in the field of data engineering and data science. Robin started their career as a web developer at Junior Supélec Stratégie, where they worked on web development projects. Robin then joined Polyconseil as a Data Scientist, where they worked on data processing and analysis tasks.

After that, Robin worked as a Data Scientist at relevanC, a joint venture with the Casino group, where they built matching algorithms between online and offline customers and optimized distributed computations for real-time data treatment.

Robin then joined UniDrive Limited as a Lead Front End Developer, where they developed a car-pooling application for iOS and Android platforms.

Robin also worked at Cassiopae as a Software Developer, and at Iktos as an ML Ops professional. At Iktos, they also worked as an R&D intern, where they developed and maintained the company's retro-synthesis software, spaya.ai. Robin worked on data gathering and processing pipelines, design and optimization of deep neural networks, and deployment of the app.

Currently, Robin is working at Sonio as a Data Engineer, where they hold the role of Senior Data Engineer and is responsible for data engineering tasks.

Robin Fourcade received a BSc and MSc degree specializing in Artificial Intelligence & Signal Processing from CentraleSupélec, which they attended from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they studied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and Mechanical Engineering at MPSI-PSI Lycée Condorcet in Paris. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in Machine Learning from Stanford University through Coursera in July 2017, and in Intro to Hadoop and MapReduce from Udacity in March 2017.
