Dick Brouwer

Dick Brouwer has extensive experience in product development and management, currently serving as the Head of New Product Development at Sonion since February 2001. In this role, Dick focuses on expanding the Sonion product portfolio with innovative offerings relevant to existing products. Previously, Dick led the establishment of a new R&D department aimed at creating products aligned with company expertise, primarily for the Hearing Aid industry. Additional responsibilities included overseeing System Development and Application Engineering as Director of Applications & Systems. Earlier in the career, Dick held various positions at Texas Instruments, culminating in a role as Group Leader for sensor development. Dick holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Delft University of Technology and completed a Leadership Program at de baak in 2015.
