Arne Øyen

Mr. Øyen joined Sonitor in 2005 with an extensive background in software development for real time data acquisition and operational visibility. From 1997 to 2005, Mr. Øyen was employed by Schlumberger and led software development to build business applications for acquisition of seismic data to provide near real time, highly detailed views to manage project flow and identify bottlenecks on a worldwide basis. At the Kongsberg Group from 1990 to 1997, he developed software for large air defense and simulation systems, torpedo guidance and passive underwater acoustic systems. Prior to his current position, Mr. Øyen served as Executive Vice President, Systems and Customer Solutions and was involved with nearly all aspects of Sonitor's business, from engineering and software development to customer deployment and support. Mr. Øyen earned a Master's Degree in Engineering Cybernetics from the Norwegian Institute of Technology.
