Mr. Krupka joined Sonitor in 2020 with over 45 years of experience as a trial and appellate attorney and advisor to innovators and their companies facing complex business and intellectual property issues. As one of the top trial lawyers in the U.S., Mr. Krupka tried over 75 cases to judgment for leading health care, technology, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing companies as well as individual inventors while a senior partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. After retiring from Kirkland, Mr. Krupka advised clients facing challenges in jury trials and appeals. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Lawyers in America, Top Ten Trial Lawyers, and 100 Leading IP Litigators, Mr. Krupka brings broad legal experience to Sonitor’s leadership team. Mr. Krupka earned a B.S. Physics degree from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago.
