Bill Price has served as President of Sonitrol Security Services, Inc. in Charlotte since 1984 and as Owner since 1989. They are the Managing Member of SafTfence, LLC (2008–Present). They are the Race Chairman of the Charlotte Steeplechase Association, Inc. (1994–Present). They previously served as Race Chairman of Queen's Cup Steeplechase (1993–2009). They attended St. Paul’s School for Boys from 1964 to 1977.
