Clément DESCUBES possesses extensive experience in strategic transactions, specifically within the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Transactions and Head of Acquisition at Sonnedix since June 2020. Prior to this role, Clément held positions such as Investment Senior Associate in Agribusiness at Warakirri Asset Management and M&A Associate at Opteon. Additional experience includes various roles in Transaction Services at KPMG Australia and KPMG France, where responsibilities ranged from managerial tasks to operational restructuring. Clément holds a Master’s Degree (Honours) in Engineering from Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie and completed post-secondary preparatory studies in Mathematics and Physics at Bellevue College.
