Damien Krack is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector with a strong background in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Engineering Construction Manager at Sonnedix since February 2022, Krack oversees the optimization of PV farm designs, negotiates EPC contracts, and supervises construction processes for solar power plants globally. As the Founder and CEO of Optimus Garden, established in January 2018, Krack is dedicated to designing innovative soilless vertical gardens. Previous roles include Senior Tender & Contract Manager at CNIM, Senior Project Manager at Tecnicas Reunidas, and Senior Project Manager at Pöyry, focusing on renewable energy projects. Krack’s career began at Veolia Environnement as an Operation Manager for biowaste treatment and recycling. An alumnus of Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, Krack holds a Master of Engineering degree in Agricultural Engineering.
