Joosep Nirgi is a multinational finance executive with over 18 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, IFRS reporting, capital markets, and large-scale infrastructure projects. They currently serve as the Head of Controlling in Chile at Sonnedix and previously held the position of VP of Controlling for the Bio CMPC Project in Brazil, which received recognition for its engineering excellence. Joosep has extensive experience with M&A and due diligence transactions exceeding USD 1B and has contributed to significant capital market transactions throughout their career at renowned firms such as CMPC and EY.
