Pilar has an extensive background in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Global Head of COM - Operational Excellence at Sonnedix since January 2022. Prior experience includes leading operations for Europe and Latin America as the Head of OM at Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy from 2018 to 2021, where Pilar established a team from the ground up. As Senior Asset Manager for the UK and Australia at Foresight Group from 2016 to 2018, Pilar guided and mentored a team of Asset Managers. Previous roles include Permitting Manager for EMEA at Fenice Energy, Portfolio Manager for the UK at Grupotec Renovables, Project Manager at X-Elio, and Electrical Project Engineer at INCOSA. Pilar holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from the University of León, as well as advanced qualifications in Health & Safety and Finance.
