Manager Customer Care DACH – Devices at Sonnen

Benjamin Kölle currently serves as the Manager Customer Care DACH – devices at sonnen GmbH since August 2023. Prior to this role, Benjamin was the General Manager at GEM Energy Australia from July 2014 to December 2022, where leadership of a diverse team of up to 52 employees occurred during a significant period of growth and expansion aided by RACQ. Benjamin also held the position of Operations Manager at GEM Energy, overseeing all day-to-day business operations, including staffing, cash flow, procurement, and project management. Earlier in their career, Benjamin co-directed Propa! Solutions from February 2011 to June 2014, a solar PV startup responsible for the daily operations and the sourcing and design of both on and off-grid systems.
