Marius Bauer

Marius Bauer currently serves as Team Lead Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Manager at sonnen GmbH, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Marius worked as an Engineering Recruiter at Stegmann Personaldienstleistung GmbH from December 2022 to October 2023 and spent over a decade at Infineon Technologies as a Mikrotechnologe from September 2011 to November 2022. Marius holds a Bachelor's degree in Personalmanagement from AKAD University Stuttgart, completed in January 2023, and a Techniker degree in Prozessmanager Mikrotechnologie from IHK Regensburg, obtained in October 2017. Marius also received vocational training in Mikrotechnologie at Infineon Technologies from September 2011 to July 2014.
