Billy Lok is currently the Head of Technology and Development RPC Asia at Sonoco, having held various roles in the company since 2012. They previously served as a Quality Manager at Sonoco Product (M) Sdn. Bhd. from 2016 to 2022, and as a QA Engineer at KIAN JOO PACKAGING SDN. BHD. from 2009 to 2012. Billy is skilled in DMAIC, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and Six Sigma, and has a strong background in quality assurance with a degree in Analytical Chemistry from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
