Dimitri Van den Berghe

Dimitri Van den Berghe is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR leadership across various sectors. From September 2016 to August 2018, Dimitri served as HRBP Manufacturing EMEA at International Paper, overseeing labor and employee relations for approximately 5,000 employees across five countries. Dimitri further advanced as Business HR Director at Eviosys from September 2021 to February 2025, where responsibilities included executing a People Roadmap and managing HR KPIs. Previously, Dimitri held HR management roles at Faurecia and Crown Holdings, focusing on talent management and organizational development. Currently, Dimitri is the Vice President of Human Resources at Sonoco, leading HR integration for the EMEA division, which encompasses 7,000 employees across 45 sites. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in HR management from IESE Business School and organizational leadership courses from Erasmushogeschool Brussel.
