Ethan Augustave

Ethan Augustave, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Senior Manager of Plant HR at Sonoco, a position held since December 2020, after progressing through various roles in the company. In addition, Ethan Augustave is the owner of Augustave Installations LLC, also established in December 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Coordinator/Payroll at Atrium Hospitality and a Customer Service Specialist at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Earlier in the career, Ethan Augustave completed a Human Resources internship at Kettering Health Network. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Alabama A&M University Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Oakwood University.
