Jacinta Callaway

Jacinta Callaway, MBA, currently serves as the Talent Communications Leader at Sonoco since June 2020, where responsibilities include managing a marketing intern and developing the company’s first Employee Value Proposition to enhance Sonoco's employer brand. Additionally, Jacinta co-leads the Black Employees@Sonoco Business Resource Group, fostering engagement and networking opportunities for the Black community. Previous experience encompasses creating go-to-market strategies for product launches at Sonoco's Flexible Packaging division and managing extensive packaging projects at Lidl US. Jacinta also held marketing roles at Lansinoh Laboratories, where management of a $200K budget increased event attendance significantly, and has contributed to various organizations including Dominions Enterprises and Blackboard in branding and marketing capacities. Jacinta holds an MBA in Marketing from Lynn University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
