Jim Prescott, CSCP, has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations, currently serving as Director of Industrial Supply Chain at Sonoco since February 2000. Previous roles at Sonoco include Supply Chain Manager for the Paper Division N.A. and Division Quality and Productivity Manager. Prior to Sonoco, Jim Prescott worked at Menasha Corporation for nearly a decade in various managerial positions, including Operations Manager and Paper Machine Crew Leader. Jim Prescott's career began in the US Navy, where significant roles included Lieutenant and Chief Engineer qualified on nuclear submarines, as well as serving as a Soviet Submarine Analyst. Jim Prescott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Nuclear Power School.
