Joe Hoisington

Joe Hoisington has over three decades of experience in engineering and design, currently serving as the Manager of Tool Design at Sonoco since February 2002. In this role, Joe leads a team of Form Tool Designers, Heat Seal Designers, and Applications Engineers, managing budgets and tool design for multiple plant locations while maintaining direct communication with customers and sales. Prior to this position, Joe held various roles at Alloyd Co., Inc. from November 1989 to February 2002, including Sr. Designer/Scheduler and Sr. Designer/Pro-E Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing large accounts and coordinating projects with customer service personnel.
