Leonardo Di Stefano

Leonardo Di Stefano is an accomplished European Engineering and WCM Lead in the Closures Division with a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. They began their career in 2004 at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on production transfers and cost reduction projects, before advancing to roles at Birra Peroni and SABMiller, where they drove packaging innovation and operational excellence. Since 2025, they have been leading the Closures Centre of Engineering at Sonoco, overseeing engineering strategy and industrialization. Throughout their career, Leonardo has demonstrated strong analytical skills and leadership in complex environments, enhancing production efficiency and technical innovation.
