Mark Lewallen

Mark Lewallen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance for Global Paper and Primary Materials at Sonoco since August 2011, after previously holding the role of Director of Finance for the Primary Materials Group. Prior to this, Mark served as Chief Financial Officer at Cox Industries, Inc. from November 2006 to August 2011. Mark's career at Sonoco began in 1992, progressing from roles such as Administrative Manager and Senior Internal Auditor to Division Financial Manager and Senior Financial Analyst before reaching the director level. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young from 1990 to 1992. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting from The Citadel, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
