Robert Williams

Robert Williams is an experienced IT security professional currently serving as a Sr. IT Security Engineer in Global Information Security at Sonoco since August 2020. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at Family Dollar from August 2006 to July 2020, including Sr. IT Security Engineer, IT Risk Analyst, Endpoint Security, and IT Systems Administrator, with a focus on Active Directory, Exchange, email filtering, and antivirus solutions. Robert obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte between 1994 and 1997, and also holds an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, earned from 1992 to 1994.
