Sharde' Brown

Sharde' Brown has extensive experience in production and quality management, currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Sonoco since October 2011. In this role, Sharde' collaborates with the management team to enhance safety, quality, and production efficiency. Previously, as a Quality Technician, responsibilities included preparing presentations on production, organizing new project plans, inspecting product quality, leading customer conference calls, and analyzing production data for improvements. Earlier experience includes working as a Recreation Leader for the City of Suffolk Parks and Recreation, where Sharde' organized events for youth and taught essential life skills. Sharde' holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Elizabeth City State University, completed in 2010.
