Skye Oudemans

Skye Oudemans, PIEMA, serves as the Sustainability Manager for Europe at Sonoco since March 2022, where responsibilities include leading policy and engagement on product sustainability across the UK and EU, advocating for the company with government and industry stakeholders, and developing sustainability strategies in collaboration with the Global Sustainability team. Prior to this role, Skye held multiple positions at the Food and Drink Federation from October 2016 to March 2022, advancing through various roles focused on sustainability and policy development related to packaging and plastics. Experience also includes a tenure as Senior Analyst at Tulchan Communications LLP from December 2012 to September 2015, specializing in corporate sustainability and communications. Skye holds a Master’s Degree in Food Security from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science in International Politics from Georgetown University.
