Toby Deese

Toby Deese is an accomplished Oracle Program Manager at Sonoco since September 2023, bringing extensive expertise in global Supply Chain IT processes. Prior to this role, Toby served as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Sleep Number Corporation from March to September 2023 and as a Senior Business System Analyst at Donaldson, focusing on Oracle integrations and process improvements in the Plan to Manufacture track. With a strong background at Sonoco from 2013 to 2021, Toby held positions as Senior Oracle Business Analyst and Oracle Business Analyst, leading global configurations and the implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite in manufacturing plants. Toby began the career as a Management Trainee Intern at Kohl's Department Stores in 2012, where foundational managerial skills were developed alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of South Carolina.
