Tom Mackowski has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources for the RPC North American Division at Sonoco since 2009. Previously, Tom held various HR management roles at Sonoco, including Field HR Manager for the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast US, and Canada, as well as Regional HR Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Waste Management, Inc. Tom Mackowski holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
