Wagner Teixeira

Wagner Teixeira is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, budgeting, and strategic financial management. Currently serving as the Head of FP&A at Sonoco since June 2021, Wagner has previously held positions including Country Finance Manager at Elettromec and Controller at Plásticos Novel, where responsibilities encompassed management reporting, budgeting, audit, internal controls, and cost analysis. With a strong foundation in finance management established through roles at Sonoco and various other companies since 2000, Wagner has demonstrated expertise in implementing effective financial strategies, compliance with tax regulations, and driving operational efficiency through financial oversight. Wagner holds an MBA in Accounting, Audit, and Tax Planning from Fundace FEARP USP and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Anhanguera Educacional.
