Yuyu Chan

Yuyu Chan is a Quality Process Engineer at Sonoco since July 2022, with a prior role as a Quality Assurance Engineer at MediCeram Sdn Bhd from October 2020 to June 2022. Responsibilities include coordinating product testing, collaborating with operational teams to enhance product quality, managing customer feedback, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Yuyu has also worked as an Academic Tutor, Promoter, Waitress, and Sales Assistant, gaining diverse experience in customer service and education. Yuyu holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology from the National University of Malaysia, complemented by a strong academic foundation in science and mathematics from previous educational institutions.
