Sameh Alfar

Sameh Alfar has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sameh is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Sonomo since January 2021. Previously, they worked as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Antler from November 2020 to January 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of CTO at Yamsafer for almost nine years from July 2011 to May 2020. Sameh also worked as a Product Manager at iphase technologies from September 2011 to March 2012. Starting their career, Sameh worked as a Web Developer at Spring Technologies Ltd. from June 2009 to October 2011 and at Globalcom from July 2010 to September 2011.

Sameh Alfar completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the University of Jordan from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, Sameh attended Friends Schools from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a diploma. During their time at Friends Schools, Sameh studied a range of subjects including Chemistry, Arabic Mother Language, English Second Language, Math, Biology, and Economics.
