Brian Gerk

Brian Gerk is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer support and engineering management. Since January 2012, Brian has served as Sr. Manager of the Escalation Engineering Team at Sonos, Inc., leading efforts to resolve software and hardware issues in collaboration with various departments. Prior to this, Brian held multiple roles, including Owner and Engineer at Buena Network Solutions, where network consulting and IT solutions were provided, and Vice President of Operations at Sonora Design Associates, overseeing manufacturing and e-commerce operations. Additional experience includes significant technical roles at CompuVision, Genesis Intermedia.com, and Kinko's, along with military service as a Medical Service Specialist in both the California Air National Guard and the United States Air Force. Educational background includes a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
