Cindy Hou

Cindy Hou is a seasoned logistics professional with extensive experience in supply chain management. Currently serving as a Senior Logistics Manager at Sonos, Inc. since August 2013, Cindy focuses on the development of outbound processes and global logistics partner strategies. Prior to this role, Cindy was an Operation Manager at Philips Lighting, overseeing global packing centers and warehouse management. Experience at Philips Lighting also includes positions as Logistics Manager, Impex Supervisor, and Import Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed factory logistics functions and import/export processes. Cindy began the career as Assistant to the General Manager at Shanghai Everygreen Trading Co., Ltd., handling office administration and import license applications. Cindy holds a degree in Economics with a focus on International Finance from Shanghai Ocean University.
