Conor Watson

Conor Watson is a seasoned acoustical operations engineer with extensive experience in sound system design and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Acoustical Operations Engineer at Sonos, Inc. since February 2013, Conor focuses on acoustical testing, infrastructure development, and supporting audio hardware road maps. Previous roles include co-founding Word of Mouth (805), a grassroots project for local EDM DJs and mixed media artists, and serving as a Theater Manager for the City of Davis, overseeing facility operations and client relations. Additional experience includes working as a Scene Technician at the Mondavi Center for Performing Arts and founding Sound of Insomnia LLC for event production and talent booking. Conor’s background includes a B.A. in Technocultural Studies from the University of California, Davis, and an A.A. in Liberal Studies from Santa Barbara City College.
