Isabel Hu

Isabel Hu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience and compensation strategies. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Experience Specialist at Sonos, Inc. since January 2017, Isabel manages the employee lifecycle across Greater China, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand as the sole member of the Employee Experience team in the APAC region. Prior to this role, Isabel worked at Reed Exhibitions from September 2012 to August 2016, where responsibilities included optimizing salary structures as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist and supporting payroll calculations and expatriate insurance during an internship. Isabel holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Beijing Forestry University, earned in 2013.
