Jade Hwang has extensive experience in software quality assurance and management, currently serving as the Director of Software Quality at Sonos, Inc. Previous roles include Software Group Manager and Senior Software Quality Manager at the same company. Prior to joining Sonos, Jade held positions as a Software Test Specialist in Collaborations and Analytics at IBM and worked as a Senior Software QA Engineer at FileNet. Jade holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Seattle University, completed between 2003 and 2005.
