Jaymes Riley has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer success and technical support, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Sonos, Inc. since May 2017, after progressing through various roles including Senior Customer Success Associate, Associate Technical Support Engineer, and Technical Support Specialist. Prior to this, Jaymes gained valuable experience as a Technical Product Marketing Intern at Bose Corporation from May 2016 to April 2017.
