Mark Ching is a Senior Strategic Business Partner and Advisor with extensive experience in strategic HR and organizational effectiveness. They hold a Master of Science in Leadership and Management, Human Resources Management from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Human Resources Management from California Polytechnic University. Currently, Mark is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at the University of La Verne, following a successful career that includes roles at Medtronic, Behr Paint Company, and RightSourcing, Inc., where they focused on employee relations, talent strategy, and developing inclusive workplace cultures.
