Mark Triplett serves as the Vice President of Intellectual Property at Sonos, Inc. since March 2011, contributing significantly to the company’s transformation of the audio experience. Currently an advisor at several organizations, including Backbone and Synapse Technology Corporation, Mark has also advised Capella Partners and AKI Movement Laboratory, focusing on innovation in technology and defense. Previously, Mark was the Vice President of Patents at Trading Technologies, where a valuable patent portfolio in electronic trading was developed. Mark began a career in intellectual property at MBHB as a law clerk and patent agent after earning a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and dual bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
